Acciona looking to sell 50% of local highway concessions (Chile)

Spanish construction firm Acciona is considering the sale of its participation in two Chilean highway concessions, local daily El Mercurio reported.

 

The company controls 50% of the capital's Americo Vespucio Sur tollroad and the Red Litoral Central highway from Cartagena-Algarrobo, with Ebitda from the two concessions valued at 23mn euros (US$30.7mn).

 

The firm is also looking to sell its local parking concessions, and has already received interest from five potential investors, according to the report.
