ADP to prioritize three runway upgrades next yearADP to prioritize three runway upgrades next year(Peru)
2010-10-26
Peruvian airport concessionaire Aeropuertos del Peru (ADP) plans to expand and upgrade three of its runways next year, the firm's general manager, Leonie Roca, told BNamericas.

The runways are those at the Chiclayo, Pucallpa and Talara airports, said Roca, who added that the works are still awaiting approval from Peruvian authorities.

Once the projects are greenlighted, the firm will launch the tenders to carry out the works.

Last week, ADP launched three tenders for improvements at Pisco airport, including building a new passenger terminal.

ADP was awarded Peru's first package of regional airports in December 2006, which includes terminals in cities Tumbes, Trujillo, Anta-Huaraz, Chachapoyas, Cajamarca, Tarapoto, Iquitos and Piura.
